Riihikarhu is a semi-detached villa completed in 2023, which combines inside into one unique entity. The villa is designed to offer unique experiences. The villa is a 206-square-meter luxury log cabin that can accommodate 20 people at best. The log cabin is a combination of relaxation, natural beauty and quality. The heart of the villa can be found in its unique Harvia SPA department, which contains four different modern saunas (ordinary sauna, hybrid sauna, infrared sauna and steam sauna). The SPA package also includes two hot tubs that are always warm and a cold water bucket. The SPA section is crowned by its beautiful materials and its unique lighting with a beautiful starry sky. Another unique part of the villa is based on its location and scenery. The villa has a view of Lake Päijänne and tens of kilometers away. The landscape shows a different work of art at every time of the day. You can observe the scenery from the villa's large windows and balcony spaces. The high quality of the semi-detached villa can be seen in all its surface materials and furniture. In addition to the log cabin, there is an outbuilding on the plot with a hut, a wooden sauna and a fire pit. An additional price is charged for the outbuilding. However, the large terrace next to the outbuilding is always belonging to the renter of the main building. There is a sunbathing area and a grill hut on the terrace. The upper floor of the villa consists of two entrances, a living room and a kitchen. There are large smart TVs in both living rooms of the villa. The kitchen has all the necessary household appliances and dishes. Upstairs there are two toilets, one with a shower. The two living areas form a spacious union thanks to the gap between the apartments. The large windows of the living areas on the upper floor create space in the villa in addition to the high room space. The villa's large windows create an opportunity to enjoy the landscape, which is different every day of the year. The villa also has a furnished balcony space on the entire width of the apartment on the upper floor. Large windows and balconies create a very unique experience of enjoying Riihikarhu's special landscape. Upstairs, there is also a remote-controlled air heat pump, which makes it possible to reach just the optimal temperature. There are also three bedrooms on the upper floor, which are close to the entrances. On both sides of the upper floor of the villa there are stairs to the lower floor. Downstairs there is a corridor that connects both sides of the villa into a unified whole. Downstairs there is one bedroom for six people and one bedroom for two people. Next to both stairs, there are bed corners that can accommodate two people. Downstairs there is also a sofa bed. Harvia's SPA department and a separate bathroom are also located there. Both bathrooms have access to the terrace and both jacuzzis. There are also toilets on both sides of the ground floor.
