Welcome to Villa Kolibri, a premium villa in Himos Lintuvuori that combines unique space with first-class architecture! Designed in collaboration with Honka and IDEAA Architects, Villa Kolibri offers a luxurious experience with privacy and peace surrounded by nature. Accommodating 14–16 guests (12 beds, a sofa bed, and 2 extra beds), this villa is the epitome of comfort and elegance, featuring six bedrooms, spacious living areas, and carefully designed interiors that provide the perfect setting for both leisure and work. Villa Kolibri’s design embraces Finland’s diverse seasons, with interior spaces and 130 m² of terraces that allow you to enjoy the environment year-round. ■Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. ■Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, a cozy lounge area with a pull-out sofa, and two separate WCs, one of which is connected to the spa area. ■The spa experience includes three showers, two saunas—your choice of traditional or steam—and a glass-covered, sheltered terrace with a hot tub, where you can relax in complete privacy. Villa Kolibri is located in Lintuvuori, the more peaceful area of Himos. From here, you have direct access to hiking, mountain biking, and ATV trails. Enjoy berry-picking, mushroom foraging, or relax by the shelters along the trails. With proximity to Himos’s activities and slopes, this villa is ideal for both an active holiday and remote work. Getting here is easy: from the Himos roundabout, head left towards North Himos. Drive along Patajoentie for about two kilometers, turn onto Ravinkankaantie, and at the top of the hill, you’ll find Villa Kolibri.
