Villa Aurora

Villa Aurora is a large detached house. On the upper floor of the villa, there are 5 bedrooms, a hall, 2x bathrooms and a home theater. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen, dining room for 18 people, living room, utility room, toilet, dressing room and sauna area with an indoor jacuzzi. The villa has two spacious balconies, large covered terraces and a gas grill in the back, as well as outdoor dining areas. The outdoor area has a playground, heated swimming pool, trampoline, ping-pong table, etc. The villa is in a quiet location. HEATED SWIMMING POOL IN USE 1.4. - 1.10. Great spaces for different purposes: - Complete integrated audio system. Play music in different spaces, for example from Spotify. - A warm (+30C°) completely tiled outdoor swimming pool with a massaging shower. -Playground with a large trampoline, sandbox, swings (baby swing and regular flat swing), spring moped, horizontal bars. There are also frisbeegolf baskets in the outdoor area. - Ping-pong table outside, and air hockey game inside. - Upstairs, a video projector with chromecast, AppleTV and multi-channel sound system.
