Villa Joutsen is located in Vuoriniemi of Punkaharju, on the shore of clear water Saimaa. The villa is a really suitable place for relaxing in a nature. The scenery is breathtaking and the bay is sheltered from the wind. The plot is a wonderful sunny place. The surrounding forests offer excellent places for picking berries and mushrooms. There are also excellent fishing spots in Saimaa! There is a great attraction near the villa, the Kongonsaari latch station.
The villa's amenities includes an outdoor hot tub next to the sauna terrace, three-phase charging for an electric car and its own boat ramp for, for example, a jetski. The air heat pump can be used to heat the villa and, if necessary, cool it in the summer. From the big pier you can admire the wonderful landscapes of Saimaa. The rent also includes a rowing boat.
The Honkarakenne log villa has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and two indoor toilets. The kitchen is completely renovated and well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, modern oven and of course the necessary dishes and cutlery.
The wooden sauna has a dressing room with a folding bed. More additional accommodation can be found in the shed with a double bed and in the gazebo with a fold-out bed. The villa has a total of fourteen beds.
Large terraces increase the comfort of the place. Villa Joutsen's beach is a hard-bottomed, gently sloping sandy beach.
