Horisontti B is a beautiful and high-quality semi-detached villa completed in the summer of 2019 in the area of Himos Golf Resort. The large windows and terrace of the semi-detached villa have a direct view of the wonderful golf greens. Although the villa is located in its own privacy, it is only a little over kilometer away from Himos Areena (1.2 km)!
KITCHEN AMENITIES:
The ground floor of the villa has space for lounging, watching TV and cooking. Downstairs there is a kitchen and there you can find good cooking utensils, crockery, coffee maker, microwave and household appliances; stove, fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher. There is also a dining set for eight people.
BEDROOMS:
Horisontti B has sleeping places for a total of ten people. The downstairs bedroom has four separate beds and the upstairs bedroom has four separate beds. The alcove on the upper floor has a double bed and two additional beds can be obtained from the sofa bed in the living room.
OTHER SPACES:
Downstairs there is a bathroom with sauna, shower, toilet and washing machine. There is another toilet upstairs.
COMBINE SIDE A AND B OF THE VILLA:
A lockable communicating door has been built between the Horisontti semi-detached villa, which can be used to connect the A and B sides. So if you rent both sides of Horisontti, you get one big villa with 20 beds! The A and B sides are owned by a different person, but their rentals are handled by the same person (Noora), so you can inquire about the availability of both sides at the same time.
OTHER AMENITIES:
Blankets and pillows for ten people, cleaning equipment, car heating plug, carport, outdoor jacuzzi, gas grill (only available in summer and fall). An air heat pump has been installed in the villa, thanks to which the room temperature can be easily adjusted all year round.
OUTDOOR JACUZZI:
There is an outdoor jacuzzi next to the terrace of the villa, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor jacuzzi during festivals and event weekends is €220/booking, at other times €160/booking.

The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book departure cleaning through us for €110 per half of a semi-detached villa. A mandatory departure cleaning fee (€190) is added to reservations during event weekends, such as festivals.
