Suitable for year-round use, Ankkurikari is a cozy vacation spot along the Kokemäenjoki in Kahaluoto, only a 15-minute drive from the center of Pori. The cottage is located at the end of the Kokemäenjoki estuary, where the river joins the sea. The place is peaceful and close to nature. Guests can use the entire area and there are no other cottages next to it, so your own peace is guaranteed.
The cottage is fully equipped. There you can find e.g. WiFi, smart TV, bed linen, towels and toiletries. The main cottage can accommodate nine guests. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside the cottage there is a terrace. In addition to the main cottage, there is a sauna cottage in Ankkurikari. The sauna cottage has a lounge area with two beds and a sauna. In front of the sauna cottage is a terrace with an outdoor bathtub, the use of which is included in the price.
In Ankkurikari's yard, there is a large grill hut where you can spend an evening relaxing together and have a barbecue. There is a forest around the cottage, where you can pick berries, mushrooms or go hiking. Ankkurikari also has its own beach. There are rowing boats on the beach, which are included in the price. In addition, when booking a cottage, you can rent two kayaks, a two-person open canoe and two SUP boards. If you wish, you can also order a bath tub and sauna heating for the day of arrival for €35.
Holiday cottage Ankkurikari is also perfect for small-scale parties, business events, birthday parties, family parties, etc. You can either prepare the food yourself or order a catering service from Miittinki, we will take care of transporting the food to the cottage. A group of about 20 people fit in the main cottage for the day event, outside on the terrace and in the garden shed, there is also space for 30 people. 11 people can accommodate in Ankkurikari.
