Villa Ruukki is an ideal holiday destination for those who appreciate quality, whether families or groups of friends. Nestled in a rugged landscape and designed to respect the surrounding biodiversity, the villa offers a stylish and comfortable setting for a memorable getaway. The property is located on the shores of lake Näsijärvi in Ylöjärvi, Pirkanmaa.

The interior design highlights the villa's spectacular panoramic views, offering unobstructed vistas of lake Näsijärvi. Whether you are in the kitchen, living room, sauna, shower, or whirlpool bath, you can enjoy the beauty of nature from sunrise to sunset. The main building features an entrance hall, living areas, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a sauna, shower facilities, an indoor whirlpool bath, and a toilet. Additional sleeping space is available in the loft, which is furnished with two double beds—accommodating up to four people if needed extra. The outdoor terrace offers ample space for even large groups to gather, perhaps for a barbecue or a meal. In addition to the sauna, you can relax in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy a truly unique experience.

We have paid special attention to our guests' comfort. The living room is equipped with a large television. The front yard offers plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles, and the villa also includes a private carport with room for two cars. The villa is surrounded by a terrace, allowing for easy movement and access regardless of whether it is the freezing cold of winter or the heat of summer. In total, the terrace area spans over 200 square meters. The cabin is equipped with an adjustable air-source heat pump, ensuring comfort even during the hottest summer days.

The lakeside sauna features an adjoining lounge area. The sauna is wood-heated and includes a fireplace also. Located close to the shore, it offers convenient access to the water via a large swimming pier. There is also a fire pit by the water. Guests have free use of a rowboat and two large SUP boards; a few SUP vests and life jackets are provided at the cabin. Additionally, a small electric outboard motor is available for the rowboat, should you wish to attach it.

Your comfort during your stay is a top priority for us; the beds are made up in advance, so you can settle into fresh linens the moment you arrive. Towels and shampoo are also included as standard amenities at Villa Ruukki. Electric vehicle charging is available at the on-site charging station.

The doors feature an electronic keyless locking system, making your stay both flexible and worry-free.

Final cleaning is included in the base price.

This property is not suitable for wild partying; therefore, bookings by groups of young people are not permitted.

We do not accept one-night bookings.

Bringing pets requires prior agreement.
