Villa Kannas 1 and 2 cottages are located in Kannaksenkylä, Juuka, and are built 100 meters apart from each other. The distance to Juuka's center and shops is 6.7 km, and it takes just over 30 minutes to drive to Koli. This stunning luxury cottage, completed in February 2021, offers 130 square meters of exquisitely decorated space for up to 8 people.
The cottage has a total of 4 bedrooms: two with double beds and two with separate beds. The master bedroom features an en suite shower and toilet facilities, as well as a smart TV. The cottage is equipped with 200 Mbps Wi-Fi and three smart TVs (one in the living room and two in the bedrooms).
The spacious 24-square-meter terrace includes a 7-person relaxing outdoor hot tub, available for an additional fee. While relaxing in the hot tub, you can admire the starry sky and the northern lights through the glass roof. It doesn't get any better than this for a cottage holiday.
The cottage is located right on the shore of Lake Pielinen, with the terrace just 20 meters from the water. In addition to swimming in the summer, you can also enjoy the waves of Lake Pielinen by rowing in the cottage's rowboat.
The living room features a large sofa and ottoman, perfect for admiring the lake view, watching the 65-inch smart TV, or enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. The glossy black fireplace is manufactured by Tulikivi, a local company from Juuka.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a set of dishes for 12 people, kitchen utensils, a spacious fridge-freezer combo, an oven, a stove, and a dining table for 8 people. The entrance hall provides space for shoes and a wardrobe for clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
In the cozy electric sauna, you can enjoy a hot sauna session before taking a dip in the lake or the outdoor hot tub. In addition to the hot tub, the terrace also features a large gas grill.
You can enjoy board games (Alias, Monopoly, Kimble, and Scrabble), Mölkky, and two pairs of snowshoes.

A 9 km long cross-country skiing trail passes 500 meters from the cottage. Additionally, 200 meters from the cottage, there is a small boat harbor and a public beach maintained by the municipality of Juuka, complete with changing rooms.
