The cottage is located on the shore of Saukkolambi, in the armpit of the old Aihkimänny. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen and a living room with a spacious fireplace, a spacious bedroom, a sauna and a washroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms (13 and 16m2) and a toilet. The garage, storage and ski maintenance room are located in the warm basement. The cottage is located near Ruka's services, next to tracks, sledding and mountain biking trails. It is 1.4 km from the cottage to the nearest shop (Ruka Market), 2.5 km to Rukakeskus and approx. 300 m to the SkiBus stop. Cabin equipment: induction stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee and water kettle, toaster, high-quality crockery, gas grill on the terrace. Washing machine and drying cabinet, iron and ironing board. Fireplace with glass doors and firewood, 2 televisions, wireless WiFi. 3 toilets in total, 2 hair dryers. Sleeping places are high-quality frame mattress beds for 7 people, upstairs the beds can be separated. For children, the cabin has a high chair, a crib, a potty and a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a sled, poles, mini skis. PS3 game console and a few games and board games. The cottage has pleasant water-circulating floor heating in all rooms and mechanical ventilation. The use of the hot tub/hot tub on the property of the holiday home is not allowed in the freezing season. No smoking indoors. Small, completely clean dogs are also welcome in our cabin. As long as you make sure that the dog is not on the sofa or in the beds and that the yard also stays tidy. In winter, for weekly rentals, the exchange day is Saturday. The mandatory cleaning fee is 150€. A linen set is also available (22€/person including bedclothes and towels, the price when made up is €26/person). The cabin is available from 5 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure. Aihkinpessa has great conditions for an enjoyable holiday!
