Tunturinlaita A4 is a modern, good-quality, and spacious alpine apartment located at the foot of Levitunturi with an excellent location right next to the main slopes. You can start skiing or snowboarding directly from the apartment with your boots on - Ski-in/Ski-out. A wide ski trail runs right next to the building, and Levi's first snow trail also starts right in front of the apartment. All of Levi's central services are within walking distance. The apartment is spacious at 83 square meters, with 4 rooms, a kitchen, a sauna, and a large balcony, all on one level on the second floor, and the building has an elevator. There are three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed. In each bedroom, the beds can be arranged together or separately, and the living room has a sofa bed for two, providing a total of eight beds (6+2). The apartment has two toilets with showers, an electric sauna, a bathtub, and a drying room with a washing machine and a drying cabinet. The apartment also has a large balcony facing the fell and the ski slopes. The apartment is tastefully furnished and well-equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils, and tableware for eight guests. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are always included in the price. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Guests also have access to a heated ski maintenance room in another building. There is a carport parking space with a heating outlet for the car. In the carport, there is a lockable cabinet for ski or snowboarding equipment. Within walking distance, there are two good grocery stores, cafés, several restaurants, a spa, hairdressers, beauty salons, a pharmacy, sports equipment shops and rental services, a doctor, an alcohol store, bars, nightclubs, and more. During peak seasons, it is advisable to make restaurant reservations in advance. Levi offers an excellent range of services.
