This 398m² villa features 5 bedrooms: The bedrooms consist of 2 ensuite double rooms and three ensuite twin rooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests. Additionally, there are two extra guest toilets, totaling seven. All bedrooms are on the same floor, at ground level. Down floor has a sports equipment storage room, drying room, toilet, utility room and technical room. The communal areas are beautifully designed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious 14-person dining table and a large, cozy sofa set by the fireplace enhance the luxurious feel. Additional amenities include a housekeeping room, a drying room, and a large sports equipment room, all located on the lower floor. The villa also features a magnificent sauna that can accommodate up to 14 people.
