Villa Rova accommodates **up to eight guests**, making it an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, or two smaller parties travelling together. The modern, well-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, while the large living-room windows bring the tranquillity of Lapland right inside. In winter, watch the Northern Lights dance across the sky; in summer, the endless fell landscapes invite you to explore.

After a day outdoors, unwind in the warmth of your **private sauna** and enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire. The villa is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay.

Just outside the villa, you will find a unique **Lapland Room** – a cosy space built around an open fire. Grill something delicious, sit by the flames, or simply enjoy the extraordinary silence and atmosphere of Lapland.

There is also a beautiful **separate log sauna** on the property, available by separate arrangement with the host. It features a traditional Finnish wood-burning sauna stove and a stunning panoramic window overlooking the surrounding nature.

For winter fun, the villa also provides snow shovels and lanterns for building and lighting your own snow castles, as well as sledges for enjoying the snow.

The location is excellent. **Suomen Latu Kiilopää** is nearby, offering a wide range of outdoor activities and connections to Ivalo Airport. From the area, you have easy access to Lapland’s spectacular hiking, cross-country skiing and cycling routes and the wilderness of **Urho Kekkonen National Park**.
