Villa Wohde

Villa Wohde is a spacious and comfortable 160 m² villa offering excellent facilities for larger groups. The villa has a total of five rooms, three of which are separate bedrooms. The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, and with additional beds, a maximum of 14 guests can be accommodated. The generous living areas and practical layout make the villa an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, and business groups alike. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each furnished with three separate beds, providing a total of nine sleeping places. This floor also includes a shower room and WC, which increases comfort and makes the space functional when accommodating multiple guests at the same time. On the ground floor, the villa opens into a spacious and cozy living area connected to a functional kitchen. The living room includes three separate beds as well as two sofa beds that can be used as extra beds. The ground floor also features an entrance hall and a separate WC. The spaces are designed to be practical and comfortable, providing excellent surroundings for socializing, relaxing, and enjoying your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer (American-style refrigerator), electric stove with convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, and tableware and cookware for 14 persons. There is also a dining table for 6 persons. The living room is equipped with a TV, digital receiver with card slot, DVD and CD players, and a dining table for 8–12 persons. The shower room includes a shower cabin, WC, washing machine, and underfloor heating. In the bedrooms, the beds are equipped with mattresses, pillows, and duvets. Bed linen and towels are not included in the standard equipment but can be rented for an additional fee. The villa has free wireless internet (Wi-Fi). In front of the villa there is a glass veranda and terrace with outdoor furniture for 12 persons, as well as a grill and a smoker oven. In the villa’s yard there is a separate sauna building, the free use of which is included in the rental price. The sauna has electricity, a wood-heated stove, and cold running summer water from a tap. Hot water is heated in connection with the sauna stove. The sauna includes a separate dressing room and a combined sauna and washing area. Large terraces surround the sauna, with stairs leading to the villa’s terrace. Behind the sauna there is a fish cleaning station with running water. The villa’s equipment also includes outdoor games such as a ping pong table, badminton, pétanque, a basketball hoop, and fishing rods. The shared village beach is located 100 meters away (sand and rock beach, seawater). The city beach at Karhuluoto is located 700 meters away (lake water). Guests staying at the villa have access to a Suomi 520 rowing boat. There is road access directly to the villa, with a private parking space next to the house and a large parking area available.
