There is also the possibility to rent additional space in a separate yard building. The air source heat pump provides heating and, if needed, cooling. Come and spend your summer holiday or ski holiday in this atmospheric log villa, with no nearby neighbors. The villa has two bedrooms and an alcove with a sofa bed, bed width 160 cm. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed, bed width 110 cm. Guests have access to a rowing boat and life jackets, with the possibility to rent a small motor for the boat. The lakeside sauna has lake water supplied directly from the tap. The property features a good sandy swimming beach and a lean-to shelter with a fireplace. A Muurikka pan and coffee pot are also available for use. There is a gas grill in the carport. The property has a large lawn yard and a good swimming beach. THE IMPORT OF HOT TUB IS PROHIBITED!
