On the sunny upper slopes of Iso-Syöte, this well-maintained two-storey cottage (115 m²) offers a peaceful retreat – also ideal for remote workers seeking inspiration from nature (including fiber-optic internet and two dedicated desks in a scenic setting). In front of the cottage, there is a well-equipped grill kota. The second floor features a balcony, and at the back you’ll find a private terrace with an outdoor fire pit. Both the ground and upper floors have fireplaces, creating a cozy atmosphere year-round. The property also includes a private carport with an 11 kW electric vehicle charging station. EV charging is available for 50€ per stay. Heating and cooling are provided by an air-source heat pump. There is a lockable storage room for skis and bicycles. Pets are welcome by prior agreement. Final cleaning is included in the price. However, guests are expected to take out the trash and wash the dishes. The reservation fee is 15% of the total price and must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made 4 weeks or less before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid immediately at the time of booking. The invoice must be paid by the due date. Cancellations made after the due date are non-refundable.
