The log and high-quality semi-detached apartment is located in the prestigious Kätkä district of Levi, about 800 meters walk to the center of Levi along a lighted walk/bike path and about 1.7 km by car and approx. 100m to the tracks.
NO pets unfortunately in the cottage for allergy reasons (allergy free).
Description of the apartment:
Ground floor: Living room, 2 x separate bedrooms (1 double bed and one 120cm wide bed), well-equipped kitchen, spacious and cozy sauna/washroom, toilet and fireplace. There is an outdoor storage room next to the entrance of the
apartment.
Upstairs: Separate 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 x 80cm) at one end and one 80cm wide bed at the other end + loft space (1 double bed) + TV/sofa- corner and separate spacious toilet.
The cabin is spacious for 6 people, but there are beds/bedding for a maximum of 8 people. Separate toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs.
Equipment: air heat pump, fireplace, washing machine, drying cabinet, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 x TV, wireless internet access, high quality tableware and cutlery.
Additional service: bed linen is ordered separately at the time of booking a cabin 23€/person. The linen set includes a bed sheet, a duvet cover, a pillowcase, a large and a small towel.
Change date can be arranged according to the booking situation. The rent includes electricity, water, and firewood. In high season, the weekly price includes final cleaning. Other times the cleaning can be done by yourself or the Cleaning Service (130€) can be ordered at an additional cost when booking the cabin.
Payment can be made in two installments, i.e. 30% booking fee and 70% 21days before the start of the holiday.
