The location is excellent, as the illuminated ski trail is only a short walk away and the SkiBus stops right next to the property. Restaurants, cafés and shops in Äkäslompolo are easy to reach, so you can enjoy your stay even without a car. The area offers ideal conditions for winter skiing as well as summer hiking and cycling, with nature accessible practically from your doorstep. Hiisi Lodge accommodates up to nine guests and is well suited for two families or a larger group. The four bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed with a single topper, two bedrooms have separate single beds and one bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed with a thick mattress. Modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a practical utility room, and a sauna make your holiday effortless. Families with children are well taken care of, as a travel cot, high chair and potty are provided. Fast Wi-Fi brings extra convenience and remote work is also possible. The air source heat pump will be installed in summer 2026, and a fireplace will also be added at the same time. Dogs are welcome.
