Töyräniemi Villa Saunakärki

A newly completed and spacious holiday home (approx. 140 m²) located on the shore of Lake Pälkänevesi in Pälkäne. Pälkänevesi is a clean and crystal-clear lake in the Pälkäne area. The holiday home is fully equipped and features a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, four separate bedrooms, and a sauna area with two separate showers. There are also two WCs, one of which includes a shower cabin. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout. Heating is provided by geothermal energy, and there is also a fireplace. Firewood is ready and available at the cottage. Outside, there is a large covered terrace at the end of the building and an additional lakeside terrace running along the side of the property. From the terrace, you have direct access to a spacious outdoor hot tub as well as stairs leading straight to the private pier. The shoreline has a natural sandy bottom. The hot tub is available throughout the rental period. The area between the cottage and the lake is covered with natural forest ground (“kuntta”), and the front yard features both forest ground and lawn. Thanks to its spacious layout, the property is ideal both for relaxing holidays and for hosting various gatherings and events (for example, the dining table can be extended to accommodate up to 12 people). Kitchen facilities include a full-size fridge/freezer and a separate full-size refrigerator. In the sauna area, there is also a beverage cooler. The property is not rented for party use to groups under 25 years of age. Minimum rental period is 2 nights. Final cleaning is always included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are available through us for 20€ per person, or guests may bring their own. The use of bed linen is mandatory.
