Villa Ulappa represents timeless coastal architecture. Although the villa was built in the early 2000s, it remains in excellent condition and offers all modern comforts. The main building includes two bedrooms and a spacious loft, providing accommodation for a total of six guests. In addition, the villa features a well‑equipped kitchen, a bright dining area, a tidy bathroom, and a spacious living room with an atmospheric fireplace. The master bedroom features a high‑quality double bed and offers plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is also furnished with a high‑quality double bed. The sleeping loft features a high‑quality double bed, along with its own cozy lounge area that opens up to stunning sea views. Main building's bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The sauna building features a wood‑fired sauna and a bathroom with two showers. Just outside, a sandy beach provides easy access to the sea for swimming. The building also includes a comfortable lounge area, ideal for relaxing and cooling down after a sauna. The beach sauna and grill hut located in the yard complete the setting, offering wonderful surroundings for relaxation and spending time together close to nature. The villa’s spacious grounds feature a private pier, a charming grill hut, and plenty of room for relaxation. Situated at the tip of a peninsula, the villa is surrounded by the sea on both sides. Smooth, sea‑polished rocks line the shoreline, and you can enjoy a refreshing swim either from the gently sloping beach or from the private pier. You are welcome to park your car at the property’s own parking space, right at the entrance. Pets are very welcome at this property. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you bring your furry friend with you. Hosting parties is not permitted. To ensure everyone in the area can rest comfortably, we kindly ask for quiet between 10 pm and 10 am. If something breaks or isn't working, please let us know so we can organise for it to be fixed promptly and keep your stay hassle-free. Nordaway provides you with high-quality linen and toiletries, and complimentary firewood, BBQ gas, spices, olive oil, tea, coffee and other practical conveniences. Nordaway markets the accommodation on behalf of its owner and acts solely as an intermediary between the owner and the guest. The owner provides and sells the lodging service to the guest in their own name and for their own account.
