Welcome to Villa Kultahiekka in Airismaa, Naantali – one of the most beautiful seaside destinations in the Turku Archipelago. Here, the hectic pace of everyday life disappears in an instant and your mind relaxes as the sea opens up before your eyes, stretching for kilometres and offering a unique view directly over Airisto. The property is located at the end of a dead-end road (private cottage road, so there is no passing traffic).

Completed in 2026, this high-quality seaside property offers the perfect place to relax all year round. The building is situated on its own 7,500 m² plot, facing south, so the sun shines on the property from morning until evening. There are 100 metres of private shoreline, partly natural sandy beach and partly rocky shore. A separate waterfront terrace with a dining area is located right by the shoreline.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

✨ Spacious living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with sea views
✨ High ceilings create an even greater sense of space, while large windows fill the building with natural light
✨ Glazed summer kitchen with sea views, where the carpeting and furnishings create an additional room; a heater is also available in the space during winter
✨ Atmospheric sauna with a high-quality Iki electric heater providing excellent sauna experiences. The sauna has windows facing two directions, both with sea views, and one of the windows is particularly large
✨ Shower, indoor toilet and TV
✨ Large 120 m² terrace area, partly covered, with a dining area, lounge furniture and sun loungers. There is also a swing for children on the terrace
✨ Only 10–15 metres to the shoreline

There are sleeping places for six:
✨ On the loft, a 180 cm double bed (2 x 90 cm beds side by side) as well as two separate 90 cm beds (high-quality Finnish beds)
✨ A child safety gate at the top of the stairs leading to the loft
✨ On the ground floor, a high-quality Bellus chaise longue sofa bed with a pull-out bed measuring 140 cm in width

From May to October, an additional refrigerator with a freezer compartment is available in the glazed summer kitchen. An air-source heat pump cools the property in summer and heats it in winter, while underfloor heating ensures a pleasant stay in all seasons.

PRIVATE SANDY BEACH AND THE BEST VIEWS OF THE ARCHIPELAGO
Villa Kultahiekka is crowned by an amazing approximately 30-metre natural sandy beach, one of the most spectacular beaches in Airisto. The shoreline remains shallow for a long distance, making it ideal for both families with children and adults.
Villa Kultahiekka is situated in front of Airisto’s famous shipping route, offering a front-row seat to the life of the archipelago. Sailing boats, passenger vessels, as well as large cruise ships and cargo ships pass by from morning until evening. The ships create impressive waves on the sea, adding to the atmosphere of a true seaside holiday destination. You can enjoy the waves from your own sandy beach – whether swimming, paddleboarding or relaxing on the waterfront terrace. Few places allow you to experience both the atmosphere of the open sea and busy maritime traffic this close up, all surrounded by the unique scenery of the archipelago. The views of the passing ships and the vast open waters of Airisto make this location truly exceptional throughout the Turku Archipelago.
