Villa Loimu

Villa Loimu is a cosy and stylish detached cabin in the peaceful Martinsaaren area of Äkäslompolo. Through the large windows, you can enjoy the calming forest views. If you are looking for activities, the nearest cross-country ski trail is only 200 m away, and the Ylläs ski slopes are just a 10-minute drive away. Villa Loimu comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. In the downstairs bedroom, the beds can be separated if needed. The upstairs loft has four separate beds and a TV corner. Downstairs, a Smart TV and soundbar provide an optimal viewing experience. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all connected, creating a spacious and social living area. Beautiful forest scenery surrounds the cabin in every direction. Even the sauna has a window overlooking the landscape. Downstairs, there is also a shower room/WC, a separate WC and a utility room. Please note that the cabin does not have an air-source heat pump for cooling, which is worth keeping in mind during hot summer days. In winter, the backyard offers a slope for sledding, while in summer and autumn the surrounding area is excellent for picking berries and mushrooms. The cabin has a carport with a Type 2 electric vehicle charging point, available for an additional charging fee. The heated storage room next to the carport has a ski waxing stand and iron for ski maintenance. Guests also have access to two bicycles (for summer use), a kick sled, sliding sleds and toboggans.
