Rinnehovi is a high-quality and exceptionally spacious holiday home in the best possible location in Ylläsjärvi, right next to the ski slopes, gondola lift and local services. This impressive 280 m² property combines high standards, a wonderful sense of space and stunning fell views in every direction. It is an excellent choice for several families or larger groups and is also ideally suited for corporate use. Rinnehovi has six spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have three 80 cm wide beds, which can be arranged together or separately, while four bedrooms have 160 cm double beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the hallway area for 1–2 guests, allowing the accommodation to flexibly accommodate up to 14–16 guests. Each bedroom has wardrobes, making the property comfortable and practical even for longer stays. The shared spaces are designed for relaxation and spending time together. There is a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and an atmospheric fireplace room where you can unwind after the sauna, spend the evening together, play board games or even enjoy karaoke. The dining area has a large dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 people with additional chairs. Two fireplaces, one upstairs and one downstairs, provide gentle warmth and an authentic Lapland atmosphere. Guests also have access to a sauna, four showers in total and several toilets, making the property well suited for larger groups. One of Rinnehovi’s greatest advantages is its location. There is direct ski-in/ski-out access from the slopes, allowing you to ski straight to the property. The gondola lift, restaurants, spa and other services are all within 200 m. A lit cross-country ski trail and snowmobile route are also approximately 200 m away. All essential services can be reached without a car. Both the SkiBus and the airport and train buses stop approximately 200 m away, in front of Hotel Saaga. Additional amenities include an air-source heat pump, ski maintenance room, barbecue, sledges for children and a car engine heater point. The outdoor storage/garage provides cold storage space, while the heated outdoor entrance downstairs is ideal for storing skis and other sports equipment. Pets are welcome on the first and second floors. The top floor is allergy-free. Please bring your pet’s own bed. If you arrive with an electric vehicle, there are several charging points at the Ylläs Ski Resort car park, approximately 200 m away. Payment is made via the eParking app. There are also charging points in the courtyard of Lapland Hotels Saaga. An outdoor hot tub will be added to Rinnehovi’s amenities in summer 2026 and will be available to book for an additional fee.
