Villa Riemuloma is a high-quality apartment built in 2022, offering modern and functional facilities. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy and enjoyable cooking. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with separate beds. There are also two mattresses available as extra beds. The bathroom is connected to the sauna and includes laundry facilities. The apartment has two toilets. Free WiFi is included in the rental. Villa Riemuloma has its own outdoor storage room where you can store skis and other smaller sports equipment. The property also has a shared maintenance building with a heated ski and bicycle maintenance room. A ski maintenance stand and waxing iron are available for use. There is a car engine heater point in the yard, and electric vehicles can be charged at the housing company’s shared charging station. The illuminated cross-country ski trail (first-class maintained trail), as well as hiking and cycling routes, start directly from the backyard. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk away, while the centre of Äkäslompolo can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot in winter, across the frozen lake. Public transport connections are also excellent. A bus stop is located 300 m away, served by both the SkiBus and buses to the airport and railway station. In summer, guests can easily reach the beach (700 m) and birdwatching tower (200 m).
