Villa Uljas is a stylish and modern holiday apartment completed in 2026, situated in a peaceful location in Äkäslompolo, right next to the fell and outdoor trails. Carefully designed and decorated, the cabin offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests and is an excellent choice for both families and groups of friends. The location is excellent. In winter, the nearest cross-country ski trail is only about 100 m away, while in summer and autumn the surrounding area offers wonderful opportunities for hiking and cycling. The SkiBus stop (Rouhe) is right nearby, and shops, restaurants and other services are all within walking distance. From the private terrace, you can enjoy views of the flowing Äkäsjoki River and the surrounding fell landscapes. The cabin has two bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed. The beds in the loft can be separated into individual beds if needed, and there is also a sofa bed chair available as an extra sleeping place. Large windows in the living room bring the surrounding nature indoors and offer beautiful views of both the fell and Äkäsjoki River. An atmospheric fireplace completes the cosy living area, while the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking, as well as a comprehensive selection of tableware for larger groups. Villa Uljas is also designed with families with children in mind. Safety gates are installed on the stairs, and younger guests can enjoy games, books, outdoor toys and sledges, making the holiday fun and enjoyable for the whole family. The cabin has a private electric sauna, two toilets, a washing machine and a drying cabinet. An air-source heat pump provides additional comfort year-round and can also be used for cooling during the summer. A heated storage room is available for sports equipment. Electric vehicle charging is available for an additional fee using a Type 2 charging station. Please bring your own charging cable.
