Villa QUU C, Premium 4BD Villa with Sauna

Villa QUU C is a modern villa completed in 2025, located in a peaceful setting in Äkäslompolo, and it can accommodate up to 10 people.

The house has four bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area. You can relax in the sauna or under the two rain showers and enjoy the scenery on the terrace.

The end villa comfortably accommodates up to ten people. Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs and two upstairs, all with spacious wardrobes; the master bedroom downstairs also has its own toilet, while the upstairs rooms have pull-out ottomans that provide additional sleeping space for two.

Large windows in the spacious living room open onto forest views, and the fully equipped kitchen and dining area are well suited for larger groups.

The bathroom has two rain showers and a modern sauna, with a washing machine and drying cabinet in the same space. There are three toilets, and there is also a private storage room for, for example, skiing and cross-country skiing equipment.

The entire villa is exclusively available to guests during their stay: all four bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and dining area, sauna and both rain showers, three toilets, washing machine and drying cabinet, storage room and terrace.

The villa is conveniently located near good routes: the cross-country skiing trail and the end of Velhottarentie are approximately 250 m away, the ski bus stop on Maahisentie approximately 650 m away, and the centre of Äkäslompolo approximately 2 km away.

To get your holiday started, we provide starter packs of toilet paper, kitchen paper and hand soap.

Please note that well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee, and final cleaning and bed linen are already included in the price.
