Villa 248

The modern Villa 248 is located by the beautiful, private lake in Mäntsälä, approximately one hour from Helsinki. The villa offers 248 square feet of living space for its guests, right by the sandy beach, and allows guests to enjoy their privacy in tranquility. The villa can accommodate 6+2 people. The villa consist of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that is connected to a spacious living room with a fireplace. There is also one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. A guest wc completes the ground floor. The upper floor consist of two bedrooms and bathrooms, one with twin beds and the other featuring a double bed. Both bedrooms are ensuite and with a balcony. There is a detached Sauna building next to the villa, which consist of a sauna, a shower room, wc and a small kitchenette/living room with a sofa bed for two people. Outside the villa there is a large garden and a barbeque area with fireplace and gas BBQ-grill that allows pleasant gatherings and dinners outside. If you like to do some activities while on vacation there is a tennis court and a basketball hoop next to the villa. The ones that are interested in water activities have access to a rowing boat located on the dock of the lake. The villa is situated right by the beautiful, sandy beach where the guests can relax and go for a swim. In addition, there is a helicopter field by the villa to which guests access if needed. Next to the helicopter field is a separate meeting/event space that can be rented. The estate offers free use of a private tennis court, basketball court and gym.
